What you can expect:
Creation and maintenance of technical order documentation for customers, including certificates and technical documents
Supporting the quotation and order processing by creating and reviewing documents, requests and specifications
Planning and preparation of scheduling for customer orders
Maintenance and creation of master data for articles, as well as the setup of new articles and suppliers
Communication and coordination with external suppliers and service providers as well as with internal departments (project management, engineering, electrical/automation department, sales)
Active participation in the optimization and further development of internal systems, tools and processes
Placing material orders and monitoring and tracking delivery dates
Organizational and administrative support for the purchasing team to ensure an efficient process
Support in day-to-day operations through a structured, proactive approach and a strong overall perspective
What we expect:
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Experience in creating and maintaining master data as well as in the associated processes and workflows
Confident use of MS Office
Experience in handling merchandise management or ERP systems
Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
Reliable, independent and precise work ethic as well as high level of initiative
Friendly demeanor with a strong service orientation
Carefulness, speed and a structured way of working
Flexibility, strong communication skills and a pronounced team spirit
